About

I’ve had the privilege of working in acute care hospital settings, outpatient clinics, and private practice, which has allowed me to develop expertise across a wide range of nutrition areas.

I specialize in areas including infant and pediatric nutrition, prenatal and postnatal care, oncology, disordered eating, cardiac health, diabetes, weight management, gastrointestinal conditions, allergies, anti-inflammatory nutrition, tube feeding, and more. I provide tailored,

client-centred guidance to patients navigating a wide range of medical and nutritional concerns. My goal is to provide tailored, client-centered guidance so each person feels supported on their health journey.

Throughout my career, I’ve also served as a Clinical Lead, mentoring and educating both practicing and aspiring dietitians. I’m known for building strong rapport with my clients, helping them make dietary changes that are realistic, sustainable, and empowering. I am passionate about providing evidence-based, compassionate nutrition care and helping individuals and families achieve meaningful, lasting health outcomes.

My mission is simple: to help people understand the vital connection between nutrition and overall well-being. I provide comprehensive assessments and individualized nutrition care plans that promote health, prevent illness, and support the management of complex medical conditions.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my two sons, as well as with my extended family and friends. We enjoy planning, preparing, and sharing delicious meals together, and I’m very involved in my children’s activities—I’m definitely their biggest cheerleader! At home, we love to sing, dance, and unwind with a great movie or TV show. Staying active is also important to me, so I make time for walking, Pilates, and strength training to keep my body healthy and energized.
