I have supported individuals facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues, and feelings of being overwhelmed or “stuck.” My work with survivors of trauma, including women and youth impacted by abuse and

exploitation, has further shaped my understanding of the importance of safety, trust, and empowerment within the therapeutic relationship.


Whether you are navigating a difficult period, experiencing emotional distress, or seeking greater clarity in your life, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly. My goal is to support you in building insight, strengthening coping strategies,
